Co-wrote the first book ever published on a DVD authoring program; introduced readers to various facets of DVD authoring, including multilingual DVD. Special topics include the concept of cross-purposing content for DVD, CD and Web delivery. Pioneering coverage of Flash as tool for delivering parallel video on the Web and DVD, as well as simulating DVD in Flash. Discussed Macromedia Director and Dreamweaver in the context of DVD-ROM/WebDVD, as well as various Adobe apps including Photoshop as a basis for interface design. Coordinated production/design of catalogs on the 10 million member MyPoints.com site.
Prototyped high-bandwidth MetaCatalog for MyPoints, involves streaming media, Flash and Java videogames. I came up with concept, designed nav w/Imageready. (on main screen, select "continue" -- no username needed.)
I helped to develop content that was sent around the world in a variety of different languages, including Japanese, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese. I utilized HTML, CSS, JavaScript and VBScript.
I've appeared on several national/international shows on TechTV, demonstrating Flash, video, etc. There are links to related material.
